1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing cognidev.digital and enrolling in or purchasing information about Cognidev programs, you agree to these General Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protections in your residence require otherwise.

2. Services Described

Cognidev provides professional training, workshops, and related educational materials in applied artificial intelligence and machine learning. Course descriptions are informational. Delivery formats (online, hybrid, in-person) are stated per offering and may change when operational safety or venue rules require adjustments with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Communications

When you submit forms or correspond with us, you agree to provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or meeting links we issue. You must not share credentials in ways that violate cohort agreements or compromise other participants.

4. Intellectual Property

Site content, syllabi, labs, slides, and recordings (where permitted) are owned by Cognidev or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or scraping for competing catalogues is prohibited unless we grant written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to transmit unlawful content, harass staff or participants, attempt unauthorized access, or probe systems beyond lab boundaries. Automated high-volume requests that degrade service may be blocked. Violations may result in removal from programs without refund where permitted by law and our Refund & Cancellation policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, Cognidev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Our aggregate liability for direct damages tied to a specific paid enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment unless statute mandates otherwise.

7. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution via the contact channel below. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction over Gyeonggi-do, unless consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to sue in your home jurisdiction.

8. Changes and Notices

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or service updates. Material changes will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
