FAQ
Questions we expect
Straight answers about what we include, where we stop, and how hybrid logistics work for teams based in Korea and abroad.
Logistics How hybrid weeks are scheduled
We publish venue blocks at least six weeks ahead. If a module moves online, you receive a diff of what hardware access changes so you can adjust travel.
Logistics Language of instruction
Primary delivery is English with Korean glossaries for domain vocabulary. Some evening sessions offer bilingual Q&A when noted on the syllabus.
Pricing Installments and employer invoicing
Teams can request net-30 invoices for three or more seats. Installment totals match the upfront price—no hidden processing fees beyond what your bank charges.
Pricing What tuition does not cover
Cloud spend beyond lab allotments, certification exam vouchers, and personal travel are excluded. See the Money-Back Policy for refund windows.
Pedagogy How much async work to expect
Plan for six to nine hours weekly between live sessions during intensive tracks; lighter tracks publish hour ranges in the first welcome packet.
Pedagogy Recording policy
We record most lectures for replay inside a private cohort library. Breakout critique rooms are not recorded to keep feedback candid.
Limitations Where Cognidev stops short
We are not a recruiting agency, not a managed services shop, and not legal counsel. We provide templates your teams adapt with their own counsel.
Limitations Hardware expectations
GPU-heavy tracks assume you can access provided cloud benches. We do not ship physical workstations to individuals.
Security Using employer data in labs
Bring only slices cleared by your security team. We provide sanitized corpora when you cannot move internal data.
Security NDA and code sharing
Default cohort agreements prohibit sharing others’ code. Enterprise addenda can tighten or loosen sharing with written approval.
Still unsure? Email hello@cognidev.digital with your role and the track you are considering.
